I'm pretty sure it is a ruppman horny toad. And they r worth some money. I hv one with new 6.5hp motor and all painted up and I could sell mine for 550 plus easy. It looks like someone has done some welding to the frame to extend the seat on this one, but its still a very fair price. I hv to many now otherwise I would hv already bought this one. Those r the original rims also and they r worth some money by themselves.

It was a good deal man. I hv way to many minis now, I hv one just like this one with a predator motor with the timing adv. And k&n, pipe, jet and a good clutch and it does 52 and still wants to wheelie all the time. Ruppmans witb do nothing but increase in value that's for sure.
