MIFbody Dyno Day 2012 June 23rd

I'm sure open headers are fine, Doc run's the cars. Pulls are back to back, $50 total, and I'm sure there's a spot for a trailer.

Cars with open headers ok?
Who operates the car?
two pulls back to back?
$50 total?
Place to park trailers?
Thanks for the info, hope to be there...

NTIMID8 operates all the cars I'll bring some ear protection for him for open header cars
the pulls are done back to back with a few minutes of cool down in between
cost is $50 per car total and can be paid to me at the event
the lot at Jake's is not ideal for a trailer as we pack it pretty well the day of but there is a larger parking lot right next door that we have used in the past I'm sure you could park a trailer just fine over there.

You can also park and unload your car right on Triangle. Thats normaly were i have my customers drop'em at just so the rig isnt taking up the parking lot.

If it doesn't threating to rain, I should be there after 3:00 PM. Looking forward to hearing about some of the monster going on the roller this year.

I`m thinking about coming, I`ve never been to one. just dropped a 540 into my camaro it has a few passes on it but I`d like to see what the dyno says. I got open headers, trailer/truck to park somewhere.

Question about the Dyno pulls... My car has a 5000 RPM Stall converter, does your software compensate for this ? My trap RPM is 7000 in high gear, should I only be concerned what happens between 5000 and 7000 RPM ?
I'm looking to change the gear ratio, so I hoping the Dyno results will show where the HP falls off at.

Wen the car is on the dyno and we start recording the run, the computer does not start actually recording data until it sees the rollers start accerating. This will tell us wat your converter is really stalling at. Ex- the converter in my mustang is advertized at 3000-3200 stall but in reality is about 3600. And if you dont take the thing pass 7000 ever, you dont really have to worry about anything pass that. But we can watch the O2 readings at a cruz speed and see how it fat or lean it is. And yes, we will see where the power and TQ falls off at.

Thanks for the info, I just got the chance to race in the No Box Bonanza this weekend in Norwalk so I'll be there, will you guys have another Dyno Day before the end of the summer?

How late will this go? Something came up and wouldn't be able to make it until after 3.

totally dependant on car count but last year we went past 3pm if your driving from a lil bit away I can give you my number and you could text me to see if we are still there or not.

Not sure what ran after the twin turbo coronet. I thought we had stayed till the end.

The supercharged vette pulled the 700 number. I think 748 but can check later to verify.

Thanks for putting this together Jeff, great time as always. Bouncy the Yellow C5 made 754.xx Not bad for a daily street rag-top.
