I have a couple frozen pipes and I was looking to close off the feeds to them just in case one of them has already burst. I think I found the right valves but the one I actually need is stuck and probably needs to be replaced. I just don't have time to mess with it and I want to turn the feeds to that side of the house off to be on the safe side since no one is using that side anymore. I'm in Troy.
