Medical/Dental insurance underpayment?

odds are the debt collector purchased the debt from the dentist office, Step one is send them a Debt validation letter and make them do all communications through the mail, send the DV letter certified mail so you can prove they got it, if they call you after they sign for the letter thats a violation in the FDCA and you can sue them for each violation
