ME busted for alledged SEXUAL HARRASEMENT

Well all, I lost my job some three weeks ago for the above title. I put my hands on a fellow female security officers hips, briefly. She was one of my best friends at work. Seems it embarressed her. She told me she wasn't going to complain but some other female officers seen it and said that 'she shouldn't let me get away with it'. So she complained to the boss. An hour later I am dragged down to a bigger boss'es office and put on notice. Yes I admitted doing it. Next day honesty got me canned. :pow:

Now this woman is 69 years old and weighs close to 230 #'s. NOT my ideal sexual partner. This woman has hugged me on numerous occasions to make me feel better. I didn't bust her rather supple ass in for that!

The bummer here is the company doesn't like to pay unemployment and will claim I violated a company policy. Now don't worry the 'ol HInkster has been doing some homework. I cannot go into detail but I may have a card or two up my sleeve.

Motto: Leave the BS at home with the bitches or even the bastards. The harrassement rules are so tight, you look cross eyed and you could be waving good by to your livelihood.

By the way, the next week she was all crying and boo-hooing that I got fired. Probably so the other officers who liked me didn't string her fat ass up!

Good luck, thank lawyers for that. They need to do something to protect themselves from a lawsuit. If the didn't get rid of you she could have sued especially if you did it again.

Mark it up as a lesson learned and move on, an employer can let yuou go for anyreason and this is a pretty good one considering the state of the PC police.

IT WASN'T AN ACT OF SEXUAL DESIRE MY FRIEND.I guess you couldn't figure that out by me saying she was 69 years old and 230+ #'s. It was an act of me saying hello and not even realizing what I did or I had offended her. It wasn't an act I normally do, OKAY. So don't tell me I need to "FIND" God again, okay BOZO? Cripe, even "saved" people make mistakes, AND I DID!

I also realize an employer need not have a bonofide reason to terminate someone. As a lower level manager I had sexual harrassement and other harrassements pounded into my brain. In a roundabout way, that is one of the cards I may well hold. I cannot devuldge that info here. It's a longshot but the only one I have, besides card #2.

Deny everything.... thats my motto, if they have proof then there is no reason to ask you.... I seen alot of people get fired for being "honest"
 
That is the same question I ask myself! I know/knew better!! Again, the reason may be one of the two cards I hold. However they are things I must prove.

I come here not to complain but to warn others. It is a very tight law that employers have to be very strict with. The lady even asked my employer NOT to terminate me. As mentioned before, they probably had to in case I did it again even to someone else. I understand the process.

Sooooo, you can joke with someone or whatever 99 times but watchout for number 100. You never can tell.

Lie and deny! Actually I should have taken more time before I turned in my statement, but I was a little pissed at the lady so I cut my own throat. :dontknow: :icon_eek:

By the way, the boss tha called Detroit on me had a '96GTO. I guess he got tired of me telling him I could spank his Goat with an iron block LT1. He had also turned me in for officer of the month not 5 weeks before the incident. Watch out when you think your the cat's a**, that's when it all falls in on ya![COLOR]

Can't buddy...Color me GONE!

It's very funny, 4 officers have been terminated since my 3 year tenure there.
ALL white! 2 black officers have exceeded attendance points levels at least 2 of those years yet remained employed. 2 white officers did the same thing and WERE terminated. GO FIGURE? Discrimination? I think so!

1st off "HInk" I've never put my hands on a co-worker to say "Hello". I was born with a MOUTH to speak.

2nd weren't you just looking in the p0rn section? :mmm: I believe it was the "I wish I was a teddy bear" thread. I guess that's another mistake.

I'm not trying to be a dick, but don't come here and preach the word of God on one hand and on the other look at p0rn. :rolleyes:

Yes I clicked on it but didn't come in. Did I try, Yup. Do gooders like you can find out anything. I clicked on others but I couldn't pull anything up. Computer is so old, I guess. Or maybe it was God not letting my computer do it. I NEVER SAID I WAS HOLIER THAN THOU. I haven't had sex in 3.5 years. I have to look once in a while to verify that women look the same as I remember them. :icon_eek:

Besides I was just coming on about the religion post to present things I knew. Does this make me a hypocrite? Maybe yes, maybe no. You can't judge me my friend, only God can and if I had seen anything, I will be required to give a complete accounting of it to Him.

Well I'm far from "do gooder", but you acted is we should all run to be "saved" in the other thread. I'm just pointing out how that makes you a hypocrite. I can't stand the "saved" people that tell us all how we are wrong, yet they continue to do the same things. :rolleyes:

I never tout my religion as I'm just a man myself.

As for you being a "dick" or becoming "nasty" too me. Please feel free. I have nothing to hide nor will I back down or cry. I'm a grown man.
