My parents are getting a new set tomorrow and this has to go. Maytag Neptune washer and gas dryer bought new in 2002. Washer needs new seals, there is a small rip and some buildup on the old seals, my dad said he researched it online and Maytag had a recall on them when they were new. According to him a new set is around $100.00. He also says the washer is making a small noise during the spin cycle. Both look new, no scratches no worn buttons! He even has the user guides. The dryer works great and has no issues.
