Maybe the first wrecked 2010 Camaro

so in a situation like this where there is a waiting list for the car (i'm assuming) and insurance will most likely be buying him a new one (assuming he's got it) does he get a new one right away or would he have to wait for them to get everyone on the list first.

I can't imagine being able to supercede the current system in place. If the owner orders a new one you are probably talking end of summer. I'm sure he can find on around the US that was ordered for stock if he is patient and quick enough.
 
All I gotta say after takin a second look... look at the muffler on that thing... that car is dieing for a catback!
 
I found the other pics. This car was only a couple of weeks old. He had a helluva time getting parts because there were only a few cars in the country at this point. After it was rebuilt, he put in a cage and a few turbo/exhaust/computer mods and it made somewhere around 450awhp. This car was SICK!

The ultimately met its death in a white-out snowstorm.
