Maserati GT coated with C1 by AutoLavish featuring Steven Pham

Don't think I want to try and follow up Steve's work. It'd be embarrassing.

Yea right. Look - Steven's work is great, but I've come to learn everyone has their own style, and it's the variation that is fun to see.

In addition to that... it's not like you're not a talented guy yourself Mr. Flickr Front Page

I like this one a lot

Thanks a lot. This car wasn't as bad as it could have been, which it why it only needed two polishing steps to come back perfectly. Most cars need 3 or more.
Zaino has a great following and makes some great products. There are some real good competing sealants to Zaino's that I'd highly recommend as well. If your interested in any recommendations, please let me know :)
It's too bad we have to throw away of towels that are used on this stuff, but It's worth it if it works half as good as it is supposed to. The Costco style microfiber towels aren't too bad when they're brand new, but we find they degrade rapidly, and thus they're what we use on interiors and such. Not all towels are created equal, nor are inexpensive...

Good info, I am still working my way through the towel pack so never washed them yet. I just have a pile in a bin to be cleaned. Yeah I am interested in any recommendations. You reminded me I should check in on your detailing Q&A thread again. Unless you want to post it here. I am getting low on a few of my Zaino products so any recommendations from you will definitely be considered.

No need to thank me - I just hope we can use your talents sometime
Oh dirtybird has never been shy about sharing his talents. :naughty:

lmao....

A couple other sealants that are layer-able like Zaino, but will give you better slickness are Blackfire Wet Diamond, Menzerna Powerlock, Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant 3.0, and potentially even Chemical Guy's JetSeal109.
I'd highly recommend getting either the Blackfire or Menzerna product - they're very popular and work very well. You'll see we've used them a lot in the threads we've posted in the past.
If you or anyone else need any other product recommendations, please let me know!

Thanks dude! I will look into those. I am pretty sure I am getting some Zaino stuff to refill my stock as a christmas present. But I will check out those polishes. Hopefully I'm just getting the carwash and detailer spray. ;)

Never a problem. I'd also advise that if you really like the Zaino products you've been using; stick with them. Its not like they make bad stuff, and if you have no complaints, then there's no real reason to switch. If you are looking for something different though, I can certainly point you in the right direction. Aside from the sealants mentioned and about 4 or so others, we also have Zaino products.
