As long as they follow all of the rules laid out in post #1, yes.

I don't mean to come across as a prick, but it's not like I have these parties at a hall, or bar, or places that don't belong to me. This is my home, with almost all of my material possessions, that I am opening up to my friends and acquaintences. I have to watch out for my family friends, and belongings.

So, hopefully people understand where I am coming from when I ask that people act civilized, not steal and/or break my shit, not disrespect my friends, family, possessions, etc.

Having fun is fine, (that's the idea!!) but crossing that line is uncalled for.

Yes, this is fairly early notice, but I didn't want to hear the, "Oh man, I wish I would have known sooner," or the, "I would have like totally come if I had known about it sooner," craziness. :D

This year will probably be bigger and better than the previous two years. So don't miss it.

The party will be at my house on October 21st. That's a Saturday. Why the 21st you ask? Well, because I know a lot of people will likely be having their own parties on the 28th, and I wouldn't want to be the reason why their guests are missing their party and having a better time at my place...so we did it 1 week earlier than usual. :D

The party will BYOB and costumes ARE MANDATORY.

Nick, you cannot come as yourself and say, "Hey, I'm dressed as a gay guy." Sorry.

:D

For those of you who may decide that you want to wear a "smaller than the norm for a fall season" costume, the party will be an inside and outside event. Most of my guests usually choose to hang out outside, so for this reason, heat will be provided. My garage heater will be going, as will my outdoor fireplace, and I will probably wheel over my next door neighbor's outdoor fireplace also. There will be plenty of heat regardless of the weather outside.

And as usual, the grill will be going all night long.

Come one, come all.

Please call, PM, or post up if you need directions to my home.

And for the disclaimers...

With all that said, I look forward to partying with all of you on Saturday October 21 at my place for my 3rd annual COSTUMES MANDATORY Halloween Bash.

A) sounds like alot of guests cant walk..or for some reason fall over....Do you have level ground?
B) sounds like you have been sued before..or somone has tried to sue you in the past....

Any of this true? :dontknow:

I'm offended by such language. And to see that kind of talk come from a black man, makes me wonder just how far have we actually come in the war against racism? Apparently not THAT far. That saddens me. :(
