Mapsource GPS HELP!

Ok, got my GPS, I have the mapsource software and all I want on my GPS is the eastern part of America not hawaii or western. The problem being I loaded the setup disk and what not on my computer which is also the Western part of the USA. I went to put the 2nd disk in which is the Eastern part and it wont even open it, the only thing it says is (first) There are no mapsource files on the disk for some reason. I open 'all files' and it shows files like '05616584.img' but I cant open them, it says. (E:\east\05616584.img is not a valid mapsource file and could not be opened) So WTF is going on? Anyone? This sucks
