man dies on 94 and 75

Michigan State Police said the accident occurred around 7:39 p.m. on westbound I-94 and I-75. Police said the 29-year-old man was reportedly having an argument with a woman who was driving the car he was in.
Police said when the driver stopped the vehicle in the right-hand lane, the man got out of the car and walked to the shoulder of the road. A car trying to avoid hitting the vehicle hit the man on the shoulder inside. He landed in a northbound I-75 land where he was struck by other drivers, police said.
The incident remains under investigation.

I heard about that on the news last night...Crazy, I wouldn't get out of the car on the highway in the rain though at night for nothing really...Not without some backup, i.e. someone else in a car behind or something....At least the people whom hit him did stop, seems like thats a rare occurence now too....
 
yea but on the other hand if that bitch was dumb enough to stop in the lane and not on the shoulder then im not sure i wouldnt get out of the car too... hope they charge her with causing it since it was her fault for stopping in traffic
