Makes base jumping look weak....

That's insane! I remember seeing the video of the guy trying to go under the Golden Gate bridge and ended up getting dismembered. Those guys push the limits all the time and they will end up getting killed but what a way to go! I can't imagine having that true sense of flying feeling. Maybe once I'm at peace and feel like I've done all I set out to do I'd try something like that. At least you can practice in open air which would be badass in itself!
 
i have wanted to base jump for the longest time!

we were in toronto a couple years ago and we went up in the CN tower..and i was talking about how sweet it would be to leap off of it and do a few backflips and then pull your schute.

another cool part about base jumping is how illegal it is in most places, like when they jump off of bridges, building, towers, antennas, etc. they have to make it down, then get the hell out of there before they get arrested. not to mention getting the jump off before someone stops them!

i love in the video posted when the three dudes jump off the cliff and all backflip in perfect unison. that would be so freakin cool!
