Main Hoop Question

Will this main hoop pass,i just bought car and need to fix a few things,cage looks great but never seen main hoop welded to round tube

I just thought main hoop had to be welded to 6x6 plate

Welding a cage to plate is pretty hack IMO. Also not nearly as strong or safe as being welded to the frame under the car, or to a sub structure like moly tubing under/in the floor.

I think the outrigger welded to that sill plate would need a plate, but not totally sure, because the opposit end is welded to square stock/frame. Unless it passes through to another part of the chassis/tubing.

It has a plate at the sill,its round tube,one side to square,other end welded to plate on sill,hoop is welded in between the to points
