LS6 Cam Upgrade for my CTS-V

Anyone have suggestions as to which cam to choose for an upgrade in my cts-v.

Also, let me know if anyone has something laying around.

TR-6060 is standard but there is an option for a 6L90-E.

LS6 cars only came with a 6 speed, the new ones I believe have an auto option.

The first gen CTS-V's were all stick shift. There was no Automatic offered. The 2nd Gen now offer both manual and auto.

In 2004/2005 the CTS-V came with the Z06 LS6 Motor. In 2006 it was replaced with the LS2.

I was looking into the Texas Speed Cams....the offer a bunch, but I want to keep MPG somewhat close to what I get now, which is 19-20MPG average.

are you looking for a fat midrange, top end or low end grunt ? also whats your tolerability and desire for driveability ? I should have a camshaft that will work.
