Ls1 fbody hp tuners help

Hey guys I have a question. I'm about to pick up a rear end with 410's and I need some help. I bought hp tuners while in Florida with my buddy but when I left he kept it and I need to have my car flashed for the gears after the new rear end goes in. Can someone help me out I have $$$ lol thanks in advance guys
