Crazy how long that thing revs and she makes some good flames!

Revs that long because it's not making very much power. Watch a high hp car (even on a MD) and the pulls don't take very long.

It's a combo. It's definitely not making a ton of power, but I think it goes to around 8500 rpm. It made a little over 500 AWHP.

Sounds good. But yeah, more power would wind that up a lot quicker. Just look at what Rick's or Larry's car did at Stenod last weekend. Once they hit it was over in maybe 4-5 sec.

I could just tell because my old combo made 750 to the tire on low boost on a MD and it would also spin 8500 yet the runs took about 1/4 the amount of time.

Still sweet as heck but 8500 is nothing for a motor like those. Done right they should be able to go 10k all day if they are really "based" on the F1 stuff like they claim (which goes 18k all day).

takes alot longer to spin up a all wheel dyno as well as the fact that this car has 2.53 rear gears and 5th gear (1:1) takes you 211 mph...that takes alot longer than the 130-145 most fast cars spin it up to
