Lost 53 lbs!!!

Well congrats to you too! That's great. I've stalled at 247 for a few days but as this is moving weekend I'll probably sweat out a couple more pounds. Nice thing is that I'm not even really trying to do this, just listening to my body and eating accordingly. Once I've got this office moved I'm going to take advantage of my country club membership and use their new state of the art workout facility. My hopes here is that I can get rid of my newly formed "Jello Arms."

As long as you can eat clean its easy. Cut out pop and fast food is half the battle! My problem is I get too busy with work and personal life and I eat fast food on the road.

Keep it up dude. It's motivation for everyone

Good job! To everyone who's making changes and losing weight!

I lost a lot of weigh almost 10 years ago and I've only put a small percentage of that back on since.. bur i'm somewhat comfortable being a bigger person anyway. I've been maintaining my weight pretty well I just watch my carb and sugar intake and don't eat french fries. Oh and NO HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!! :nono:
If you don;t know about this poison thats in our foods google it and read up. It's killing people slowly and causes diabetes, heart problems, high blood pressure and a whole shit ton of other things.

Sorry to get off topic

I'm down about 60 pounds myself and up big on muscle mass. I feel fantastic, but I'm also eating rather boring to most people and at the gym 5 times a week. Remember it is a lifestyle change and not short term. Don't get discouraged on weeks where you don't see any change, it all takes time.

AS of today I weigh 240#; total lost: 58lbs. Need another 40 off still to be where I want to be. I decided to get my kids in on the workout act but haven't begun that phase yet. I plan on waiting until the DST time change and then getting up at the same time as now, but gaining an hour with which we will go the Fitness Center before work/school. Only time I could "make time." Anyone have any 38Wx32L business casual pants lying about they don't need? The 40's I have are way too loose now and I cannot force myself to buy more pants that will most likely not fit in a month.... :dontknow:
