I'm in south lyon, first i found my discharge pipe under my deck, going in a black corrugated hose, which is clogged, so the water is going on the ground under my deck....I have been using a submersible pump with a garden hose for a fee days to get rid of the water, but it is still flowing back into my basin.....I need someone to come look at this, and point me in a direction of what to do, or ill pay someone to do it..

That pipe might be tough to snake without breaking it. You might want to have the pipe scoped with a camera. They'll tell you the clog cause/clear it and can figure out where it runs.

Get rid of that black corrugated crap, replace it with perforated PVC which is smooth and will allow the water to run through it. Pipe needs to be drafted downhill, 1" per 10' roughly.

Yep, but it's hard to do all that under a deck, with a 4 season room on it...lol.... so, I'm thinking only option is to route the 1.5"PVC straight out the back of the deck, assuming i won't run into shit under the deck....

I would bury that pipe and run it to a ditch, or something far from the house.
Otherwise, if it soaks back in it will just weep into the sump again and keep circling the bowl...

Had 1 of the 4 plumbers come out today.... he would run the PVC from the sump to the other side of the house, come out into the correct PVC that he would bury into the ground, and run that down to the street by the drain....$3000...

Start taking advice from the estimated jobs. Then rent a trencher. 12 pk of beer and a weekend afternoon (no city permit/inspection) boom done. You can probably do that job for less than $100 in supplies.
