Looking for someone to tune LT1 in detroit

Have mail order tune on H/C swap, it's close but I think it could be better! Car is in storage now. Are their any shops in detroit that can do this? I live near Jackson nothing here or in lansing! Car is 1997 camaro LE1 heads and cam, Kooks LT ORY 58mm TBI 37lb delphi injectors. Yank 3600 stall. Dana s60 on the way!!! Would like to do in spring after rear install.
