Looking for rental house/apartment

Left the wife, she can keep the condo. Looking for a 2br+ house or apartment for at least a year. I have a store in Berkley and work for HP in Pontiac, so near there would be ideal(not too close to pontiac lol), but a little drive is ok for the right price. No smoking inside, no dogs, probably 2 well behaved cats. She has pretty much all of my money, so low move in cost is a plus. Not really picky, just don't want to be in a bad area. Could move in tomorrow.

I've got a great 1150sqft townhouse condo right across from the GM tech center. It's a 1bedroom, but the bedroom is huge. It will be up for rent within about 3-4 weeks. It has all been completely renovated. Looking for $675mo, which includes heat and water.

My mother in law is renting a 2br ranch with a full basement near downtown Farmington. House is in excellent condition, hardwood floors almost everywhere, 2 car garage with opener. Min 1 year lease, ready to move in, she just put it on the market. PM if interested.

Seems like every time I find something on there that's decent, the ad gets taken down and nobody replies :-\ Have a few possibles, but would definitely prefer to give a mm member the rent. Thanks bud =)

1BR would actually work if thats still available...
 
My wife's old house in Redford should be listing in next week or two, 3BR, 2.5 bath, right around $1000 a month. 1 car garage PM me if interested in info. It's around 6 n Beech Daly, 15 miles, 25 minute commute.
