I met a cool Motown member last summer at CARS. He's been working on my Trans Am. Don't know his screen name, what's his handle on here or how to get ahold of him???

A guy.... Is working on your car... And you dont know his full name or contact info... Did he say it would be in a movie soon?? :)

I'd enjoy seeing pics/video of your car completed, I felt bad for it after seeing it so many times at cars.

Me too. We must be on the 6 year timeframe as it was 5 years in the beginning of July. My understanding is that it's been worked on, just wanted an update on it. And he was working at Seans shop, and I typically know all my MM friends by their screen names only. We like to keep it confidential for security reasons. :secret:
 
Doc if you need me to stop by somewhere to check on it let me know. You've helped me, I'd be more than happy to help you. I can also bring her back up to you since I love that town. Let me know.

I drive past CARS twice a day. let me know if you need me to stop in there. Or if it is anywhere between Milford and Troy, I'll check in on it.
 
If it's been in there for 5 years, get it out of there.

Is this the same car that has the ford 9" in it from me Brian? If yes then dang this has been a long time in the making... Sorry to hear!
 
5 years??? I get antsy after about 5 hours, I hope you get some good news and your car is finished up!
 
Sean tells me that it is almost done and that 'Josh' is working on it. I met him and he's done awesome quality work on it, but Sean is going to be out of town for a while on business apparently and I just want to see where it's at for now. Where I live prohibits a winter pickup as I cannot imagine driving that car in the snow, so I have to make arrangements based on when it will likely be done, hence my search for the elusive Mr. Joshua. Originally we had a plan that I would do a "build" on Sean's mouth and he would put some goodies on my car and we'd be even. Neither plan was that simple, and Sean and his guys have basically rebuilt the car from the ground up. I've got a great body guy on standby awaiting it for paint but mostly I just want to drive it around before the Winter shit hits.

I sent Josh a text but still wondering what his s/n is on here. Thank you everyone for your help and I want to make it clear that yes, it has been a long time, and that yes, this build thus far has exceeded my expectations by a long shot. Sean and friends did great work and are just pushing on till the end.

If anyone wants to take a spin by there and see what's up that would be appreciated. It's the black trans am with the license plate that reads "Dr Teeth." Should be hard to miss.

Contact made! Thanks to all for the help! He said once he can get over there he should be able to finish it up fairly quickly, then I'll bring it home and send it on to the painter whilst I redo the interior. Pics in the springtime when she's done. :)
