Looking for a tuner

My best friend just bought a 91 LX hatch and needs a tune. The car runs but is running rich and loads up on light throttle.

Mods are as follows:

302, stock bottom end
289 heads with port work, milled to raise compression to 10:1 CR
Holley SystemMax II intake
30 lb injectors
65mm TB from Lightning
Ford Racing shorties
catless H-pipe
Flowmaster duals

I'm mainly his mechanic, and he's not so mechanically inclined, but I'm soo OBD2. Anything pre-96 and I'm lost. He's a bit on a tight budget, just looking to help him out. In the Lansing area, car is driveable if we need to bring it somewhere. TIA

has anyone herd of muscle motors in lansing im the one with the tunning prob that catesda is talking about

I don't know if they have a dyno or not, I think Quick 86 worked there. I am from the Lansing area and make the trip to Alternative Auto.
I would also think that the 30# inj. are way to big with your combo. You could still run 19# inj with that set up.

my vote would be for Donnie Walsh..... he tuned a couple of cars for my friends and one for me and was really happy
