Looking for a good way to gift a car...Need ideas

have GTPprix hack a happy birthday message into the message center in the dash, bring the car over and let him look it all over, then give him the keys and tell him to sit in it and start it. tell him the message center is really cool and to check it out when it starts. I think that would be pretty cool.

put the key in a little display case and wrap it like a present. Don't tell him its for a car.
 
Put the Chevy in valet parking at the casino. Take him out to the opening day for the tigers in his current beater car. Then on the way out, stop off at the casino where you would valet the beater car and then go play some quick gambling..............

Exiting out, hand the Chevy valet slip to your dad to go get the car. /happy father.

You and your brother have the beater car to take home.
 
Get on youtube and search "son surprises dad with new car"

I watch those kinds of videos when I'm bored, there's some really good ideas. I'll suggest a few later, short on time right now at work. But DEFINITELY FILM IT!!!!
 
Don't be corny and film it, live in the moment............if you must, have a friend hide nearby and film it, be personal with the gifting of the car, being behind a camera sucks.

I like to keep things simple. "Happy Birthday old man" toss him the keys and thank him for everything he's done for you.
 
Picked it up yesterday! These cars have come a long way! The new digital dash is dope, as is the exhaust with factory cutouts...I almost want to keep it for myself lol

The hard part is gonna be staring at it in my garage for the next 2 weeks before the party and not driving it. Dont wanna give it to him with 1000 miles on it hahaha

Were giving it to him at a family party at a restaurant. I think im just gonna park it out the side door with a bow on it and after dinner, ask him to come out to help me carry in the cake.

He just got a Fusion from Trunk a few weeks ago and was talking about how much he liked it, this is gonna blow his mind

Very cool! I've always hoped I could do something like that for my dad as well...just to see the look on his face.
