Pillar to Post, I'm pretty sure they did my home before I bought it...you'll have to look up their contact info (I don't have it off-hand)
 
Pillar to post did my current home and they did a quick go over nothing to fancy or indepth. If you know anyone the builds houses or remodels thats just as good. So if you have a friend in those fields save your self some money and buy them dinner or something for looking at it. This is just my .02

Rental properties are...interesting.

I was at one and the water main was cut flush with the basement floor, the owner was like not metered...cool :)
