Looking for a classic car appraiser for 69' Road Runner

Hello ...

I need an appraisal on a 69 Road Runner...The car is located in Rockford MI, near Grand Rapids. I looked at the car and it looks pretty good, but would feel better if it were appraised before making an offer.

If its a nice car and a real roadrunner (not a clone) 25 is in the ballpark. Hard to say without seeing it. Auto or 4 speed? Matching # eng & trans?
 
Non matching 440...Original Red...Now it's Vitamin C Org.
Paint job is runny...Chrome bezels have some pitting.
Sheet metal is straight, interior is in nice condition, runs, drives and brakes well.
Trunk floor shows pitting, some bubbling in the paint lower door.
Aftermarket radio, no jack or spare.
