No one knows the truth of the story, that is what a Jury is for, File the lawsuit and let the judge/jury decide the answer. I don't know why businesses think that people won't sue them, hell it's $45.00 to file a lawsuit.

Also, why this guy thinks he isn't personally liable, when the police show up and start seizing his "shops" property pursuant to a judgment, He'll cough up the cash quickly.
