Doesn't effect me either way... But I personally think it's bullshit to start a lynch mob over 1 persons story...

honostly it cant hurt you in court if you defend yourself in a post saying you dont owe him money it can only help you unless you realy dont want your story getting out because its shaddy

Exactly, if you didn't do anything wrong than you have NOTHING to hide. It can't hurt you to say " Your wrong, I gave you your money back" or "Your wrong, we agreed that you wouldn't get any money back"
No reason to hold back unless you have something to hide or if you know your side of the story won't hold water.

My thoughts exactly.
If the accused party knows of the posted story and does nothing to pove it wrong then they are automatically assumed guilty in my book. When you go to court; if you stand there and say nothing, don't answer your plea to the judge your guilty thats just how it works.
We have a one sided story with no contest from the accused.

Ask Hennessy....he's spent a shitload of money trying to get his name and rep back after that fiasco a few years ago.
That was exactly the point I was trying to make to Reiko. I'm gonna go out of my way to make sure my name is beyond reproach. Shit happens, but take care of it when it does. If someone respects you, they usually don't go out of their way to spread ill will towards you. And if they do, people will know it's a joke. In this case, more than one person has come forward to say he's screwed them over in the past.
