Local Source for Replacement Hood Pins?

Anyone know where I can buy the hair pin style hood pins by themselves without buying the kit with the nuts, bolts, plates, etc? I've found 4 packs online but I'm going to pay more for shipping than the part. I hate that. All the chain part stores carry the kits but don't seem to carry replacements of the pins themselves. I checked Home Depot and Aco and they had flat hair pins but not the type used for hood pins that have the loop sticking up so you can actually get them in and out easily. I looked at Grainger and Fastenal's websites, hunreds of different hair pins but they all looked like flat ones.

I use the pins with the flip over bail, I like them much more

Aco by me just had flat ones. Tractor supply's website only shows the flat ones.
