Local Source for a ford part?

Been getting no where with dealers near by (east side) and was wondering if there's an alternate part number or part itself that meets the same fit form function to the Ford Overflow Hose with part number DG9Z-8A365-E ?
 
are you looking for said part and cant find it locally? or want something similiar?

I'm looking for that part, but sometimes Dorman offers there version and some one may know that as I do not.
