No, I'm talking about the little 'bowl' that shows up in that range. Had the same issue with the tune in my '01 H/C car from a Pennsylvania shop. Either timing is low in the tune for that RPM range or KR was present during the pull and it recovered. The rest of the graph is scaled just the same and looks great.
