Did this today. It dramatically helped the look of the rear.

What did you do?

Removed the 4" ricer tip, took a 3 piece Accord rear lip, cut that to fit, and installed rear mud flaps. It made the rear even with the sides, and took care of that gap between the bumper and muffler. Also, repainted the trim on the tail lights. It came got ruined when I took the black paint off them from the last owner.

looks better than it did, i see that ubiquitous honda 1/4 panel rust XD. i had an older accord and it did that same thing on both sides.
