$15. I just have the card, no box or manuals, pretty easy to use. I can ship it out for free if you can pay with paypal.
Its a notebook card, not a USB one (if it was I would be keeping it, because thats what I need, lol) it slides into the slot on the laptop. I didn't need any software when I used it, but if you do you can download the driver for free.
