Yeah I will race, just not where you work lol
well dave Brandon said if your car had power some fresh tires and the suspension set up the car would hook and maybe go fastYeah I will race, just not where you work lol
mine went fast at lapeerIt does go fast, just not at lapeer....
Ps the tires are new, and has lots more power than a pontiac or gm product, wait yeah thats right Brandon wasn't there racing...
supercharged grand prix that could be a good raceWhat Pontiac?
mine went fast at lapeer
If you've been racing as long as I have you probably have been to all the tracks enough to know that lapeers timers are positioned differently than all other tracks. I've had cars that ran the same time and mph at 4 or 5 different tracks and magically it's quicker and faster at lapeer.
I've always ran the same ET's between the tracks but Lapeer has a higher MPH. I always figured the spacing on the lights to calculate the trap speed was wrong at Lapeer. Someone who works there should measure this distance for us.![]()
I have measured it and it's all accurate but the spectator lane does have a faster 1/4 MPh reading for some weird reason compared to tower lane normally 1-2 MPh difference
Hey those wires were professionally installed by a professional in 1989. Lapeer is still on top when it comes to the professional technology game! Its probably all the frayed wires that are wire nutted together. lol
