lid vs. leo @ no e.t

Holy drama... you guys raced and it was awesome!!! Lid won this time but if i know leo there is a few tricks up his sleave.. Lid might lose next time. The cool thing was you guys did it for fun no drama, no money, no bullshit. Leo your car is fast especially for having one of them LS turd motors in it lol j/k.. If your motor is "all stock", you went up against a 420 ci "R" headed windsor with an 80mm turbo and put up one hell of a fight and maybe next time you'll drag lid down the track *cough* maybe ;) Now to clear the air about the yellow car.. It is 3470# with the new wheels... It does have spray and it is wired through a hobb switch that shuts the 100 hp hit off at 12 psi (i know the guy who did it) The trans is on the edge (stub shafts + 800+hp = fail) i posted the first video because i thought it was a bad ass race not to pound on my chest i'm sorry if i offended anyone.. I know some of you gm guys get sandy vaginas real quick ;) p.s way to take the leave, hustler... lol

It was a great race, it wasn't much of a leave but i needed it and some more. And thanks Jay, my car does ok. It is pretty much maxed out for what it is and i would have to build the motor to go any further. I'm happy where it is and i like i can drive it across town and it still rips. No hard feelings here or sandy vaginas like the Ford guys when you bring up weight, lol. They all have 3800 lb mustangs, of course guys..

He was down there last friday night with steve turner as a co-pilot.. I don't know what you guys are thinking but the car is fine..

The yellow car definatly isnt hurt,broke,down for repairs, or anthing of the sort. Like Jay said i was out last friday night with lid and we raced are buddies 04 mystic cobra under mound rd on m59. The car runs awsome with not as mush as anything being done do it besides puting fuel in it. P.S. leo says his car is maxed out? Yellow car still has more in it without breaking a sweat.

Your right it was smoking. The new motor is making alot mor oil psi and since the turbo got sent out for repairs last fall it is pushing a bit of oil past the center section oil control ring on the exhaust side of the turbo. Dont want to send it out for repairs until season is over. But is still running great.

Yep I'm maxed out, can't afford to go any further and decided not to go any further.. I don't want a trailer queen, or something I can't afford to drive.

The yellow car is at the end of the rope, trust me i know the guy that put it together ;) The motor is capable of making a lot more power BUT the trans is a AOD-E and cant take anymore power, the rear end only has 31 spline axles and a eaton, the fuel system is a weldon 2015 and 83# injectors, the turbo is a t-4 flanged 80mm, etc.. I'm not making any excuses as to why he shouldn't race you because if you wanna do something for fun with no drama, bullshit, or money, sure I'll set it up.. I'm just explaining that the car is not capable or safe to go much faster....

So it has a lot left in it, or it doesn't? I mean you both work or worked for Lid so you both know the car.

And there was no drama in our race for the record, just the nitrous was left unsaid which i don't care cause it didn't scare me one bit.. i almost threw money on the racing thinking it was the same as last year.
