Legalizing pot?

make it legal, i smoke and i would rather pay more for it and do it legally, than pay less and have to worry about being arrested..... just my .02

i USE to smoke it...But not anymore...I think they should Legalize it for the simple fact that it is a plant that was here more then likly before man kind. (Now do i know that for a fact..NO But it had to start some how) Also it would get the people out of jail that do get busted for having a pot seed on them. Now that is just stupid. Jail should be ment for Drunk drivers, killer, rapists and what not.

I meant no offense to the pot smokers, it was a stab at the crackhead voters that put Granholm back in office and want to protect a bird...

:dontknow: Sorry if I offended anyone, I was trying to make the point that it wouldn't pass... It just seems that the voters of the state are unpredictable...

it's not even about the bird, really...they're just seeing what they can do. soon, hunting will be illegal.
 
Former smoker user here......They will not legalize it...They see it as it still impairs your driving and speach.......Getting pulled over from being all fucked up and hi....would still be a DWI.......I dont think legalizing it would be bad though.....we all do drugs everyday.....whether its a cigarette,cigar,beer,pill, or even over the counter drugs..all these things still have some effect on us..........

Nobody is saying that if it's legalized, that you would be allowed to drive while under the influence....
