What i have here is a nice letter couch that has been sitting in my bedroom since i bought my new house. It won't fit in my basement no matter how hard i try, so it bums me out to have to sell this couch....it is the most comfortable couch i have ever had, but the wife is tired of it sitting in the bedroom as clothes basket for me to store clean laundry on. Looking to free up space and cash and make the wife happy. Was $900 at Art Van when new, asking $400 or best reasonable offer.

Chocolate milk colored leather, not fake, leather all over wherever you touch. Has a nice pebble/grained texture to it, very slight, but not totally smooth, very sharp looking. Closest thing to damage/flaw on the couch is the fact that the left side cushion is flatter than the other two, since that was where i sat all the time, other than that, it's like new, no holes/rips. Super comfy, squishy cushion couch.
Located at 16 mile and gratiot for pickup.
