As far as Sod, I used a place called A-1 Trombley that I found online. The brought in topsoil, a tractor, regraded everything, and laid the sod. I was pretty shocked how cheap it was. I think I paid $700 for 500 yards installed. I paid them some extra for the topsoil and tractor, but it was well worth it.

OK I need to get my back yard done ASAP, who's got recommendations for Dearborn? Typical Dearborn back yard, it's half a days work at most.
