Anyone want in on one of the last T&T days of the season @ Norwalk??

Short notice, i know, but if anyone wants to get in www.intense-racing.com is renting Norwalk Raceway (www.norwalkraceway.com) 11/3/6. $50 to run, all day T&T, free to spectate. The event is usually mostly a W-Body event, but they are allowing anyone who wants to run.

get ahold of Scott @ Intense, either phone or email, talk to him about it Had orig heard the 31st was hte cut off, but we've only had about 1.2 the ppl who said they were in register, i think if they make the number we're looking for by the 26th, they will prob extend the registraion. We need about 60 cars, right now were sitting at @ 40....
 
I will send him a message today. I dont see why there is a deadline. If the rental is going to go on anyways, what does it matter if you prereg or pay at the track?
 
if they didnt get enough ppl they were actually going to CXL the event, looks good though, 65 ppl registered, they didnt want to have to pay someone to stand at the gate and collect $ all day...
The Spring events are aloways a blast, alot better organized than this one is, prizes, etc... they allow anyone to come to those as well, but only 3800s/LSJs are eligible for the prizes, usually about 100-120 cars, and you can run all day long.. think i got about 20 runs in last spring... Great event to goto even if youre just watching.
 
if you're still interested in going they extended registraion until the 31st, its is a go 100% most of us are staying @ the amerihost in Norwalk, but its booking up fast if you are thinking about getting a room
 
ok first off..what are the rules??? cause on our rental days i dont get in trouble for no cage....let me know cause i might possibly go also..i need to test out this new mod i have now...just noticed that today is the 30th...someone please let me kow if they are gonna have "tech" there that day?

I thought we were already going this Friday. I guess this just makes it better, but $50? that's kinda expensive. I'd be down to go anyway.

I dont see why this one would be any different jacko. But its always good to ask. I already paid anyways.

they said there will be no paying at the gates..also if there istech im not gonna pay $50 to get kicked out...plus i wont know till thursday evening if i can get off of work..there are me and this other guy in our dept. and he is on vacation this week.so im not to sure if my boss will let me have the day off...
