Lamborghini burnt wood

This piece is roughly 44" long and 25" tall. The piece itself was taken from the wooden box a Lamborghini windshield is shipped in when coming over from Italy. When I acquired it, I had plans of cleaning up the edges and possibly framing or at least hanging it in the garage. However, it's been two years and it still just sits in the basement.

I have no idea. If it helps, I took some more close-up pictures of it. I also measured the depth and it's 1/4", FYI.
