Plenty of time to get fit, loose some weight, exercise, read a few good books, get any dental work needed and needed medical treatment.
He gets out and digs up millions that he took from the city and will live like a king again. Some how that just does not seem like justice served.

They played some tape on the radio this morning of one of the jurors... they said while it played no roll in they Jurors decisions, the jurors could not believe and were shocked at the casual joking laid back non serious attitude of Kilpatrick and Ferguson during the trial.
