Playhouse made out of wood. It has a floor. My daughter has enjoyed this now she out grew it. It will need a new door latch.
The bell has been removed and will not be included. The deck and fencing is not part of the sale. My daughter won't let me get rid of them I tried.
Dimensions 72" tall at the peak x 49.5 deep x 75 across. The door opening height is 47" width 20".
I will let someone from here use my utility trailer if needed to move it.
