It's from an early 90's Canadian comedy show. LOL I've seen it on one of the Canadian channels. pretty funny. I didn't watch the whole thing but there is one where he kicks a kid in the nuts and the dad chases after him, he then kicks the dad in the nuts and they are all laughing by the end.
