Khan's new harness/springpole

where did you get this collar... ive looked everywhere and cant find anything that size for when she is full grown

Steve...he has a bunch of collars.....that one was bought at Stillwater www.stillwaterkennels.com/ They have cheap durable collars. He has some from http://www.collarmania.com/ Collarmania makes really nice collars! I had him in 1 1/2 " collars, but the last few I have bought are 2". The one in that picture is 2"

I know where to buy all kinds of collars, leashes, harness for this breed. Strong stuff that is made by people who own them so it doesn't break, etc. If you ever need ideas where to get stuff let me know :D

He does loose leash walking great...unless there is a dog in a yard barking....then it is game on. We have been working very hard on his reactiveness and he is getting better. Once we get that down pat I am taking him to get his Canine Good citizen.
When it comes to other dogs, even on the pinch collar Diesel will pull with every ounce of his body weight, till he's only on his hind legs, and do everything he can to try and get to other dog that might be challenging him. There is no physical way possible my wife can even walk Diesel. He's a very good boy, but his DA gets a touch worse with every passing day and he does not take well to other dogs challenging him...male or female, but noticeably worse with males. God forbid I ever let go of his lead.

Diesel also has the 2"+ "seatbelt" collar from StillWaterKennels. His have to be custom ordered because none listed on the site are large enough for his neck. All three (kept buying them larger as he grew) of Diesel's SWK collars have been black with blue piping.

Being challenged is generally Khan's issue to. He will walk right by yards with dogs if they don't bark at him. If they bark it is game one. I would never consider walking him on the sidewalk if someone else is walking their dog....we cross the street. We definitely are nowhere near ready to be that close to another dog  I have been working with him for a while and he is getting so much better. DA is workable....it is just the work that sometimes sucks. Every once in a while I wish I had a dog I could walk without having to worry about every possible dog related scenario. But the fact that this breed is awesome makes up for having to deal with the DA!

I just carry a gun on our walks. :D Should my dog(s) and another dog ever get into it, I'll just put a bullet in the other dog. If I shoot a dog in defense of myself and my own dog(s) I'll get a slap on the wrist. If it gets down to who's dog started the argument that my dog finished, then its almost a guaranteed certainty that my dog (because it's a bully breed) will be put to sleep, even if he wasn't in the wrong.

And no, I'm not kidding.
