So Im out here in Atlanta for work. Was supposed to be 3 weeks but now looking at 2 months maybe more. So since my gym is only in Michigan I figured I would buy a kettleball to keep me in shape while I'm down here.
Now im in pretty good shape. 23 5'10" 170lbs. Worked out a few days a week. Well I just did a 25 minute workout. Holy shit its like nothing I've ever done before. Great cardio and really good full body strength training circuit. Depending on how the first 3-4 weeks go I may cancel my gym membership and just buy a few more of these. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to get in shape who dosent have access to a fully gym or 1.5-2 hours to go to the gym.
Ill update this like once a week to let you guys know how its going so you can maybe use my experience to determine if a kettleball is right for you.
