I wonder how much it costs to shut down a los Angeles freeway for a day? I wonder if one of the police officers checked the car for any CARB stickers?

It took some serious pull to get that many streets shut down.
Anyone have build details of the car? I know it's a Roush/Yates long block and a sequential box to AWD. But who built it? Suspension details?
