Keller Williams Realtors can suck my @ss

Long story short,

Had my house listed for sale this summer with an agent from Max Brock......decided not to sell after not getting the offer I was looking for and pulled the house off the market. Fast forward to 6 months later (yesterday) when our MLS listing expired as well as our contractual agreement with our realtor.

Today I have received over 23 cold calls all from different realtors (all associate with Keller Wiliams) from Clarkston to Plymouth asking me about the house and if I want to relist it. I stopped answering my phone after the 6th call. To make matters worse, they are placing calls to all 5 lines which I have on my tmobile family plan, so not only am I receivng these calls but so are other family members. I'm not sure how they got the other numbers that are on my family plan but something does not seem right here. Also I have not received any calls from realtors from any other companies today, just Keller Williams.

I have no plans on selling the house, but if I do relist it definitely will not be with anyone from KW after today. I understand cold calling and marketing, but this is borderline harassment.

You would think I am selling the Playboy Mansion, but its only an 1100 sq ft bungalow. If the calls keep up I'm just going to start booking appointments at the house and not show up, let them waste their time.

As a side note if you make cold calls as your job you should really think about hitting the list before 10am. Not only am I annoyed by your call at 2pm (after 16 of your coworkers have called), but I realize you suck as a realtor since you are 4 hours behind your competition!

Dude do it. Setup appointments. And all at the same time. That would be hilarious. They all show up together. Haha

Make a youtube video of it and get some of that youtube money to make up for your time. It would be pretty funny.

That's not unique to Keller Williams, the day our listing expired we had the same thing happen, they even called my wife's parents house. There is some system the MLS has that triggers when a listing expires. My agent didn't warn us either, needless to say, he won't we retained when we list again on March 1.

Set up appointments at some coffee shop in the middle of no where. Tell them you want to meet there on lunch or something and just never show up lol.

They must be connected to the mortgage rate people. I went on a website to check the lowest rates one day. I screwed up and put my none used voicemail number. When i checked it i had over 1100 calls from all over america trying to get me to use them to mortgage my house. It was unreal i bet quiken loans called 300 plus times.

On a side note good thing to do to fuck with a friend lol

Just curious why did you sign a 6 month contract? That seems really long to sell a house.

That was just the boiler plate contract. I wasn't totally set on selling and figured I would list it for a month and see if I could get decent offer. I only kept the listing up for 3 weeks, too much riff raff in and out of the house. One of the realtors/clients backed into the neighbors car after a showing and just drove off.

Yeah, I understand the MLS listing expiration info is pretty much public knowledge to anyone with access to the MLS system. My disgust with Keller Williams is that they take this info one step further by providing some sort of hot sheet, to realtors under their umbrella, which is complete with phone numbers (including those not associated with the listing). I do not have any proof of this, but there is no way to explain how 28 out of the 31 calls I received and 25 out of 25 calls my wife received were from Keller Williams.

So do remember which website you used? I have some spare time to day to sign these mortgage brokers up for refi's.

Looking back I wish I had planned this better. I would have rolled with the suggested mass appointment/fight to the death youtube video shoot!

I have a google voice number that I use for all that shit. Leave it on when I am getting quotes on insurance, selling homes or vehicles...and then turn it off when I am done with it. Seems to work pretty well.
