I need a new desktop but nothing close to that. I don't play games but do deal with HD video from track days.

Sounds great, look forward to seeing pictures, video, and live feed for when it arrives at your home.

I'll be in Denver when it arrives. Steph will just set it in the foyer and let me deal with it when I get back from my conference.

Oh, i'll just use her webcam that she runs during the day when you're gone then. giggityyy goo lol

Keep it up. I'll ask Amber to send me more pictures!

giggity... giggity

Looks like a damn nice build to me. The only thing I wouldve done differently is the headset. Logitech makes very good devices, but audio equipment isnt one of em. Id be looking into something Sennheiser. Far more quality by an audio company for not much more money. It may not be bluetooth, but as far as headsets are concerned, theyre top notch.

I'll look into it. 99% of the time I'll be playing through my 5.1 surround sound.

$2K - good grief - you could have bought a Mac Air and an iPhone for that kind of money. :D

Yeah then you'd have $2,000 worth of SHIT. Nice build. Should be adequate for surfing ESPN.COM lookin at Denards stats and touching yourself.

Should have went with the GTX 680...I have one, it's a beast.

I seriously considered it, but it was about 150 more with his pricing. I researched online and the 7870 is being raved about for being one of the best bangs for your buck. It's my first endeavor into Radeon. Also my first endeavor into Intel as opposed to AMD.
