Just filled up @ Meijer gas station in Ann Arbor @ $1.94 gallon!!!!!

Have any extra Kentucky plates?

Love to have some for my garage

I'm sorry, but no I don't. The one on the car I'm keeping.
That "Official" plate is a government plate.

A thought about CNG...

Ann Arbor ~ Gasoline: $2.99 Gallon ~ Compressed Natural Gas: $1.94 Gallon

And you can buy BOTH of these at Ann Arbor area Meijer gas stations!

CNG is a GREAT alternative to foreign crude oil based gasoline.
CNG is much cleaner & more plentiful domestically here in the USA!

People are becoming more aware of CNG & it is growing in popularity & use.
Needless to say, "big oil" hates CNG.

The idea of the alternative fuel is great. I have a couple of problems with it my self. First off like the guy said on the first page "it's a Honda"assembled in Ohio;proffits to Japan."I'll be damned to give money to someone that is a decendent of a person that was shooting at my grandparents" Second your driving a toaster man! Its a appliance! If i just wanted to go from place to place I would take the bus. Part of the freedom here is to have fun and enjoy what you drive. I have never had a FWD 4cyl driver. I like to drive Rwd v8 cars and trucks.

Natural gas cars are very popular in Europe and have been for many years. I've seen just about every type of car converted over there. The systems they make nowadays are pretty cool and you practically can't tell the difference between driving one of these and a gasoline powered car.

Eat that Jap crap

You guys crack me up.

Question, how many items in you home & garage are:

“Made in China”
“Made in Taiwan”
“Made in Japan”

Stereo’s, TV’s, computers, cell phones, DVD players, furniture,
appliances, clothing, tools, power equipment, auto parts etc.

The average dude has a LOT more “jap crap” to “eat” than I
do with a used car that was built one state away. Some of you
folks are just too funny - thanks for the laugh!

:haha:
Yeah fuck the American who wants to work in a factory trying to raise his/her family!
BTW how much profit (per car) is sent back to Japan...I'll wait right here while you search for the "right answer"....not what a UAW worker wants you to believe.

+1 People need to check there underwear tags more closely
I've spent more money in my house, buying "MADE in Japan" stuff then I spent on my $30K Pathfinder that was produced in Tennessee!

Atten. Rice Eater - Your PM Box Is Full.....

i can beat that price...i filled up there a few weeks ago....( 84 gallons ) and when i walked in to pay..they said its free...yes..f ..r..e..e.. i though i was on some kinda game show or something .. i though as soon as i left the parking lot...i see whoop whoop..or something..buttt after talking with them..they told me DTE had hooked up the new NCG system..but wasnt hooked up to there system so they had no way to charge for it..sooo there just giving it away for free..

fyi i own a limo company and was filling up my NCG TROLLEY.

also i have a small NCG fill station at my shop..i bought it used for $5,000 which might sound like alot..but i figure even witht the cost of the unit it equals out to be $1 per equivalent gallon :woot:

Question, on your home (shop) CNG pump station,
how does the road use taxes (if any) get charged?

Dose the home fuel system affect your building
insurance?

Are there any other costs involved?

Thank you!
