Just bought my first 5.0 Fox...Know nothing about them, where to start

4.30 gear for you...I ran 373 with a T5 and 3.35 first and the car went 12.1X. Wish I had a 410 and might have had a 11.9X slip!!

This was with a completely stock short block yes cam too with 90K on it!!! Shifted at 5300.

I'd be out of gear with 4.30s homie G, trapping 7K and shit. may work with some 28's on the back.

The engines are apples and oranges though Pete...curious, what you go through at now?

You'll be happy! I could go through in 3 banging off the limiter with 3.73s in that motor.
