I rode in a plastic Road Runner Dune Buggy (plastic pedal car) at speed of 30+ MPH while being pulled by a motorcycle.
Those pedals spin pretty fast at those speeds. Kept my feet away from the pedals and wore a racing helmet...and shorts with a t-shirt.
